Overview
Sam’s Super-Secret Survival Guide is a four book series aimed at 7-11 year olds. This is one of the most fun projects I have worked on ito date. For this series I got to collaborate with one of my favourite illustrators, co-conspiritors, and in the running for best human alive–Amy Li.
Amy and I have worked together on countless projects but few were as exciting, hilarious and difficult as this. Amy took every outlandishy, silly and darn tootin’ strange idea I through at her and elllevated them with her illustrations. When I wrote somethinbg that I thought was funny, Amy transmografied it into something hilarious.

Charlie’s Park

Charlie’s Park is an ongoing series with over 6 titles in the range. Even though I only authorted the third book in the series, I was the editor for the first two entries, working with the exceptional tallent of Kirsty Holmes. This series awas a great deal of fun to work on, especially all of the research into cute and quirky animals. Ants are, to me, one of the most fascinating species on the planet, so I was over joyed to get my mandibles into this title.
